Senior Accountant to provide accounting and tax services to both individual and corporate clients. Client offers competitive pay and benefits and fosters a culture that supports teamwork and individual professional growth.

Core Responsibilities:
* Complete complex tax returns and tax research
* Direct and review the work of staff accountants
* Train and supervise staff on routine accounting and tax engagements
* Plan, schedule, and interview clients
* Prepare engagement budgets
* Develop client relationships
* Develop a specialty or expertise in a specific area of practice
Preferred Qualifications:
* 3+ years experience in public accounting, demonstrating a progression of complexity of tax and accounting projects
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting
* Current and valid CPA license (or foreign equivalent)
* Member in good standing with the AICPA
* Able to manage workload efficiently, seek additional responsibility, and meet all deadlines
* Superior written and verbal communication skills with staff and clients
* Previous supervisory experience or a strong aptitude
* Strong team ethic
* Good problem solving skills
